Art Safari feature article in The Evening Standard on Wednesday 21st March 2012
Art Safari had a full page article in The Evening Standard by Lynn Houghton who joined Mary-Anne on safari in Malawi and Zambia.
“This is the perfect way to slow down and really observe the animals in their habitat.”
She talked about the lodges in Liwonde National Park, Lake Malawi and Thornicroft in Zambia and about the artwork and Mary-Anne’s commitment to Africa, its people and the wildlife.
She concludes “You come away from Africa full of images, not only on paper or on film but in your mind. We roared through sketchbooks trying to capture what we saw. I’d go back in a heartbeat for the people, the great experiences and, of course, the wildlife.”
