Escape for a few days painting in colourful Morocco!  Breathe a sigh of relief – this is an Art Safari with no animals, only people in vibrant medina cities and dramatic landscapes.  

This trip can be booked as one or two safaris.

Starting with five nights in the captivating city of Fez, we concentrate on the hustle and bustle of the streets and markets, visiting many of the city's monuments and sights.  We stay in utmost comfort.  

Those who wish to continue for two trips can travel with Mary-Anne to Marrakech, visiting several sights and towns on the way, spending two days over the fascinating journey across rural Morocco.

Welcoming new arrivals, we then spend time in the old city and in the bazaars of Marrakech soaking in the atmosphere sketching and painting from some of the city’s most enchanting viewpoints as well as the bustling streets with the exotic shapes and colours of the markets (and picking up a few Christmas presents no doubt).  Two hours from Marrakech are the High Atlas mountains, perfect for contrast and light.  Then to the brightly coloured fishing town of Essaouira on the coast to complete the winter break
