This Art Safari has a wildlife emphasis, with an itinerary to some of the best of India’s wildlife areas in Madhya Pradesh. The tour includes seven nights in the tiger-rich Bandhavgahr National Park as well as time in Panna National Park. There is a chance to see India’s heritage, with visits to monuments and temples – and should you wish us to add an extension to see the Taj Mahal then please ask us.
We take sketchbooks and cameras and explore the dense jungles of Bandhavgarh National Park on early morning and afternoon game drives in an open 4×4 safari vehicle. One of our naturalists will accompany you throughout, pointing out and explaining details about the fascinating animals and plants of the jungle.
India is an Art Safari favourite, full of vibrancy with ever changing scenery which offers the travelling artist the opportunity to fully explore their colour palette!
Travel is by train, plane and by vehicle, so that we can make the most of our time and the journeys themselves. We stay in lovely lodges, hotels, forts and palaces, and are looked after in style so that you can enjoy art filled days of exploration followed by evenings relaxing in sumptuous surroundings.
