23 February – 9 March 2018

with Karen Pearson

We are heading back to Sri Lanka in 2018 with artist tutor Karen Pearson, Sri Lanka offer us tantalising culture and colourful history, diverse landscapes, exciting wildlife and friendly people.

On this Art Safari painting holiday we voyage by boat from palm fringed beaches, through mangroves, remote villages and vast lagoons, we meander through mountainous landscape, cloud forests with cascading waterfalls and lush tea fields.

Sri Lankan people are renowned for being welcoming to travellers, it is a gentler place for visitors to navigate than some other parts of Asia.

Your tutor Karen will work with our knowledgeable local guide to make the most of every moment in Sri Lanka.

Karen will tutor you as you sketch and paint Sri Lanka’s ancient cities, temples and Buddhist Shrines, monasteries, Rock Fortresses, glorious gardens of scented roses, delicate orchids and medicinal plants.
