Sketch tigers from life??!!  Our tiger quest itinerary will encompass traditional villages, historical palaces, monuments and national parks.  The aim of this safari is to find the colours and rhythm of India, in the villages and palaces, and landscapes and national parks of Rajasthan.  During the safari you will be treated to luxury as we travel off the beaten track, as well as to areas well-known for their tiger and wildlife sightings.  Join us for this wonderful journey into a land of colour, spice and smiles.

We have obtained special permission to paint at the Taj Mahal, as well as in Ranthambore, one of India’s most beautiful tiger reserves, with high chances of spotting tiger.  Other wildlife is also spectacular, from birds including wild peacock, rollers, bee-eaters and jungle fowl, to the lovely spotted chital, the blue Nilgai antelope, gaur ox, monkey, leopard and buffalo.  Choosing our destinations for their scenic values, you will find temples, forts and monuments calling for your painting skills.

Travel is by train and by vehicle, so that we can make the most of every journey.  We stay in lovely lodges, hotels, forts and palaces, and are looked after in style.  Enjoy art filled days of exploration followed by evenings relaxing in sumptuous surroundings.  This safari hosts a wealth of wildlife, scenic villages and incredible scenery, ideal for colourful paintings and a magical and adventurous holiday.
