Discover and play! Learn new ways to use watercolour in a series of colourful projects for cards and paper ephemera.

In this one-day workshop, we’ll be creating mini abstracts to make into greetings cards and ephemera, using collage, abstract painting, creating small pictures and cutting up large ones, playing with scissors and glue, learning how to mix vibrant colours and create texture using mixed media.

You’ll come away from the day with a range of greetings cards and other artwork and a head full of inspiration.  These new techniques will feed into your artistic journey.

Make this a two day workshop as it works well with Claudia’s Creative Lettering course.

Suitable for watercolour beginners as a way into the medium, as well as stimulating new ideas to those who already work with watercolours and need fresh inspiration.

There will be plenty of tea, coffee, water, fruit and biscuits available throughout the day.  Lunch is an hour, please bring your own packed lunch or pop into one of the many cafes in Woodbridge.
